Wendy's

Purchased two chicken sandwiches today 4/22 @ 1:30pm. (Forest Lake) One was the "spicier" version (as shown in photo) and the other just the crispy chicken sandwich. Both were mushy and cold. Bacon was chewy and unedible. What a disappointment. The fried pickles or whatever they were supposed to be tasted rancid. What a waste of over $12.00.

I've already rated but feel the need to do so again. I decided to try their breakfast, bad idea. I got the biscuits and gravy, it was SO awful, the sausage was burnt, and the gravy was like paste, it was thick and gritty. I also got a maple honey biscuit and they put so much butter that it was dripping out the foil. Not to mention their customer service is still horrible no matter what time of day you go.

Food was excellent. That review alone would be 5 stars. However, traveling with two kids in car seats, nothing is more irritating than getting fully out of a car and being locked out of a fast food establishment. If you are going to force me to use the drive thru, at a minimum, please post a sign that the lobby is closed.

Didn't have to wait too long (standard 15 min) but the burgers and wrapping was a little soggy? I grabbed one and the entire burger fell out of the wrapping. Gross. The staff at the window was unwelcoming and sort of ignored us. Oh and they messed up the order. First time and last time ordering from here. Edit: my apple salad is soggy. :( how old is this? Do you guys even refrigerate your food? The apple slices are soggy!!! Seriously, apples being soggy? Need a major health check at this location!

Just drove through the drive through to order breakfast at 9AM Saturday morning and person taking order began to talk to us rudely arguing with us over our order! We decided we were afraid of what they might do to our food and decided we were not taking the chance and opted to not eat there. I called to speak with them and she began to argue again and said she didn't give a f - u - c -k using profanity about us!! What the heck is that person doing in a job that is customer service!!

A couple things- I have no problem with employees eating. Sometimes it's too busy to take an official break and we still have to take care of ourselves and eat. But maybe not have a half eaten mini corn cob chilling up front by the registers? Its kinda gross. Secondly, all other restaurants/fast food businesses around here tape the Doordash bags shut or atleast staple the receipt and name to the bag, but this wendys will hand you plain paper bags of food, open and with no name. When I asked for them to atleast write the name on the bags because I had multiple orders, they seemed annoyed.
