Arby's

One of the worst places ever. Manger was arrogant and needs to be retrained in guest services. We waited at the counter for 5-8 mins as they took drive thur orders and the worker at the counter walked away from the register. I asked if he could take our order. I was told eventually. I said excuse me as I was sure he had not said that. He said yea in a while Super rudely. I get short staffed I own two places that need workers greatly. There is no reason to be rude. I asked who the manger was and was told it was him still no attempt to take a order. I did lose it in the fact that I told him needed to be retrained. Then the worker in the back that was I guess doing nothing decide to start yelling at me that I was talking to the manger about him needing take some retraining. I guess maybe if that worker put as much effort in to work as they did hiding or yelling at me they could have taken our order

The crispy chicken sandwich is good but they put a little too much mayo on it. They used to have onion rings that were really good, but they no longer have them. I really looked forward to the onion rings because I don't always want curly fries or crinkle fries. Their French Dip is ok. They used to toast the bun, but now they don't, which made it a better sandwich when they did. So I don't go as much as I used to.
