A great spot for some good old American food! Service was great and the interior is based on 1950s style American diner. The onion rings and tater tots were crispy and flavorful. The spicy burger was delicious. The sauce on the burger added another layer of flavor. The meat patty was well seasoned and the cheese complimented the burger. Unfortunately, the meat patty was overcooked - I asked for a medium burger but it came out to well-done. But the burger was still enjoyable. We had a cookies and cream shake that was absolutely delightful. The perfect consistency and sweetness. I'll definitely be eating there again!

After passing by this place the past 14 years, I’ve finally went in to eat and was very pleased with the food. The onion rings sort of taste like funions if you’ve had that before. I have and love it. The fries were like diner fries if that’s what you like. They have this seasoning on the table that I highly suggest you apply to your fries and onion rings. So good and the perfect seasoning for that. The burger was fresh and the veggies were crisp. Their mozzarella sticks were pretty good, so I’d gladly have them again. My reason for coming was because they actually served a banana split sundae which most places like this don’t carry. I was surprised they did and I had to order it. I was very happy with it. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks! I should of been coming here all these years. Is there an Instagram account!?

Went there for a shake for my son and a cookie for me. Nice to see that the cookies were baked fresh and the long list of shake flavors.

Get the pounder if you want something to.last you all day. Had one for a very early dinner and now it's the next morning. Loaded it up with a lot plus bacon. Missed the place during covid, so glad there's indoor seating now. Love the 50's feel of the place. Shakes are phenomenal, get the mud slide.

The decor of Cheeburger is quite old-fashioned and the ambiance is causal. There were not many people dining in but they are popular for delivery. We ordered the serious burger served on a brioche bun, fried mushrooms with a free cookie from Grubhub. The burger was pretty decent, soft brioche bun and juicy patty perfectly matched with peanut butter. The fried mushroom is my favorite on menu and it was amazingly delicious.

Retro blast!!! What a nice time travel, just pass the vestibule & you are in the american "ice cream soda & burgers" place. The time stopped in the 50ties & all the atmosphere, the spirit of the Rock & Roll era representing the dawn of an era comes to you... Very good simple food, prices on the low side of the scale, great friendly service.... ...is just a dream coming true in the hearth of Forest Hills, don't miss it, you will enjoy this trip to the fifties!!!

This is a really cute little diner!! It's got a retro aesthetic from the midcentury with lots of fun signage and other decorations that make it obvious they put a lot of effort into it. The food is good, too. They have, of course, the cheeburgers but they also have very good sandwiches and fries! The price point is decent, too. Would come back to again.

The burgers are great, the ice cream fresh, and the service amazing. The only drawback is that the prices are a little high for a burger. Most burgers are over $10 and you have to buy fries and a drink along with that. The deals are great which are listed below along with the updated menu & prices.
