Good spot for HALAL fast food with friendly staff. Wings are on the point . They have plenty of sandwiches . They were delicious .

Best halal wings in Queens. Burgers and shakes are awesome too. This place never disappoints! Be careful not to order from the knockoff Munch in Rego Park. The Austin Street location is the original and cannot be beaten! Try all their different wing flavors.

Their chicken wings are DELICIOUS! And they are large too, so well worth your money. I always come here for chicken wings and my favorite two are Honey Garlic and Buffalo, although I feel that Sweet Teriyaki is very similar to Honey Garlic. Customer service is good too, no one is ever rude. I can't stop coming to this place for the wings, I got my brother addicted too!

As I sat here and waited for my food to get ready I was reading all the reviews and some of them making me regreat to have walked in here. But there are 3 kinds of reviewer for me:
1: those who cry because customer service didn't vow down to them.
2: angry customers who did not their way
3: those to take reviews objectively
Their food is not bad, it's not WOW but it's not as many comments here say, I took pics of my meal, yes they do serve u in a dirty tray but it's not like your food does not have a container of its own. The samm, is the sandwich I order was flavorful crispy and felt fresh, I have included pictures. Customer service from the girl is friendly from a guy is nothing, it's absent but it's not rude either. I can say I would eat here once in a while, this place is exactly what the name is MUNCH unless u are a teen, also prices are a bit too much. I paid almost 20 dollars for 5 buffalo wings and the sandwich, that what I pay in midtown for my lunch!
Overall not a bad place

Food was great, loved the Sriracha fire wings. The only thing I disliked about this place was that the seating is very limited. There were teenagers sitting close by speaking very loudly about inappropriate things

Not many seats available and the looks of the food can be deceiving. What looked meh was really good and what looked good was meh. Loved the 5 alarm burger. Fries and nachos weren't as great

There's not a lot of good halal burger spots. So when I came across Munch, I fell in love, but when I returned twice more, I just felt like it was an ordinary burger spot. Not to mention I went in the freezing weather for good food! Unfortunately, my burger and fries got so cold because the place itself is freezing. To enjoy your food, the place should be a comfortable environment, least to say a warm spot!
Food is good, love the b.b.q wings, it's conveniently located by other markets. Parking can be very difficult to find, or you get very lucky. There's also a hookah spot like three stores down, I think they own that as well. But overall, I'd recommend it, and definitely go again.

Its a good place for a quick eat and some nice take out food. They serve only hala meats and no pork, but the sandwiches and fries are pretty good.
