Good pizza, but dining room has no ambiance whatsoever with daylight bright florescent lighting and headlights from vehicles in the parking lot dining right into the dining room. It kept you wondering if a car will crash through the window.

This has been my family’s go to pizza stop since we moved to Folsom. Always fast delivery or pickup and they’re all very hard working people with great pizza!

Excellent Location, Ample Parking, Lots of Room, Perfect for Business Meetings, Super Lunch Buffet I Highly Recommend, Good for Sports Bar, Socials, Pizza is Top Notch Northern California Style. Store Always Clean and Handicapped Accessible. Staff Kind and Professional. Easy Call ahead and Pick Up as well and Delivery.

Solid pizza,the size can be a bit larger. Will be plenty for people who really love pizza!
****Update**** I went back and this time the pizza was plenty for 2 people(Medium) For 3+big eaters I would consider extra large pizza. Customer service is great! Right now is a tough time for business, consider tipping even if its takeout.

Order took 30 minutes longer than they said and when I called to check on the order I got someone on the phone who couldn’t understand what I was asking for when I said I was checking on the delivery status of my order!

Had bad experience at this location. Put in a delivery order for medium pizza and wings in which they gave me a 50 minute wait time. After an hour I called to check and was told pizza just came out of oven and was about to be on the way. I'm about 2 miles or less away. An additional 45 minutes went by and I called again and the manager said it was on the way. The 50 minute wait turned into an 1hour and 50min. All the manager said was sorry we're busy. I'll try a different location next time. The pizza itself was good though.
Edit: mountain mikes reached out about my service and apologized. Based upon the customer service afterwords and the pizza quality being good I updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Well first of all the pizza was good! Second of all the people were very kind and helpful. We held amateur radio exams for licensing, and were able to space out with more than appropriate social distancing and still have a wonderful dining room to ourselves for our exams. After our exams we always have a pizza feast, which was very good and again the help could not have been kinder. Our thanks to mountain Mike's for hosting us.
