The food here is very, very, good! When I walked in the staff was very nice and greeted me well. The place seemed very clean, and it was fun to see all the beautiful decorations. The waiter was kind as well and gave us time with ordering, not rushing us at all. I ordered chicken teriyaki, with fried potatoes, and a salad. It was so delicious! Usually teriyaki can be either too overpoweringly sweet, or on the more bland side for me. This sauce they used was a perfect balance. I was very pleased with my food.

Great sushi place in and around Folsom. We love their buffet. There California rolls and 49ers are mouth watering. We also like Meso soup too. A must visit if you are a Sushi fan.

This place is fantastic! I’m from San Diego and love sushi and this place is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The quality, freshness and flavor of each item we ordered was amazing. We ordered the crispy rice, the Johnny Cash and the Wildfire. And we got in immediately on a Friday night at 7! We will be coming back.

First off, this place is worth every star. Service, excellent. Quality, excellent. Quantity, excellent. Value, excellent!!! Variety, excellent. We came on a Sunday for lunch, got the last table for the first wave. We will definitely be back, with friends and family. I usually don't give 5 stars the first time, but there is no reason not to. Our server Austin was great. We had our first order of sushi in less than 3 minutes!!!

Great deal to have sushi buffet here. Great service as well. I love their "firecracker" (tempura jalapeno, spicy tuna, cream cheese), and you can ask for it without topping sauce.

Went here for all you can eat sushi. Service was SO fast. You can order 5 items at a time and by the time we were done eating our 5th, our waiter came and asked what we wanted next. The fresh nigiri was so good. As a salmon lover, I would like to see more salmon (raw) rolls but there is a wide variety of rolls to choose from. Miso soup is not on the menu but you can request it if you want it. Overall, I left with a full belly and it was a great experience.

Food is consistent here. I like several other competitor sushi restaurants but Hisui is the best for consistency and value especially for the AYCE. All you can eat menu is well rounded. I have not tried the dinner menu but the rolls look fantastic. They have friendly staff as well.
