Cute little shop. Had live music playing when we came this day. They offer food and beverage choices. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and clean establishment. We ordered an ice coffee, protein milk shake, and breakfast sandwiches. We were more than satisfied with everything we ordered. Their located near the McDonald's on old Folsom Rd and greenback. Great place to stop before hitting the lake. Well be back again before our next lake trip.

One of the worst places I tried eating at so far.
Ordered my kids tuna and turkey sandwiches, it was super plain and tasteless, also ordered peanut butter and jelly for my kids, they really did spread it thin. Paid about $70, just left the food there and went to eat at different place.

Great space to hang out but the coffee was too hot to enjoy and it didn’t taste great. I just left it on the table.. the Cajun potatoes are great but they do come with cheese. FYI incase you’re lactose intolerant. Avocado toast was good but could use more avocado. :/

This is my new go to lunch spot! The Thai Chicken salad is delicious. I'm absolutely addicted to the Tuna sandwich and don't forget the flavored ice teas. Pomegranate lemon is a wonderful blend. Plus the dollar goodies basket at the register. Also apparently the breakfast sandwich is the best according to my dining companion.

The food used to be great here, some of the best sandwiches around. The last couple of times visiting my order has been messed up though so that’s why I give 3 stars. From missing sides to bad ingredients lately, I have been disappointed a few times lately. I hope they can get back to how they used to be, because this used to be such an important place in Folsom with amazing food!!!!

Republic is always super fun to go to their coffees are good and they have the best food you can ever imagine for a coffee house. The sandwiches and desserts are so gourmet if you’re having something for a party you really should go there. Excellent everything including the staff.

This place is great. I ordered the tri tip sandwich and it was delicious. Haven't tried the coffee yet, but will update this as soon as I do. Staff was super friendly and inviting.
