If this food truck was walking distance from our house, we would never cook dinner again. The owner is very friendly and the food is even better. Don't expect the traditional empanadas that your grandmother made. I enjoyed my pulled pork and mac & cheese creation. My wife took no time to down her spinach and cheese vegetarian option.
