Whataburger

If I could give zero starts, I would. When coming in they said the wait would be 15-20 minutes which was fine and we still ordered our 3 combos. 30 minutes later I asked how much longer for my order. I overheard when they said my order was forgotten. 15 minutes later I get my food and notice I didn’t get one of the three fries and I let them know. Which the manger said I had to pay for them since I didn’t pay for them which I looked at my receipt because the girls did forget to ring my last order as a combo and only ringed me up for a burger but somehow when ordering I did get the drink. I told her it was Their fault for the mistake and wasn’t going to wait another 40 minutes for another order of fries. “Manager” was very rude and careless.

Absolutely terrible!!! We ordered, and waited over 25 minutes for our food which was honey barbecue chicken sandwich, onion rings, southern bacon burger and fries. The food was cold and the burger actually made my husband feel nauseous. The people beside us waited for a half hour for their food. We will NOT eat at the one in Foley, Alabama again.

Completely unprofessional. I am not quite sure if this was the manager or team leader, but she was extremely rude tonight. I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived when it said my food was done and ready to be brought to my car. The line was horrifically long so i parked out front and turned my hazards on (Told to do so by the APP). This lady was yelling at me and saying they are shutting down for the night. Overall is was a horrible experience. They forgot like half my order and this manager lady said they cannot refund it. I had ordered for me and my wife. And we had to split my meal. The app is useless. It will tell you that you have a reward or offer, but as soon as you go to use it. It miraculously disappears. The food me and my lady split ended up making us both vomit our brains out. I don't know if something was put in it, but we both have been sick for 6 hours. I will never return here. This is the worst and most stressful experience i have ever had at any fast food restaurant.

Only drive thru was open. Why we don’t know. Forgot one part of our order, and the person behind the mic on the order station talks faster than an auctioneer. Food was descent but nothing really to brag about. Fries weren’t the best, burgers had a pretty large selection, and their strawberry shakes were good.
