Customer service was terrible. Had to tell the lady checking us out what we wanted twice, she never gave us an option on what we wanted for our sides. As soon as we placed our order and paid she walked away never gave us our cups, my fiance had to get the attention of another worker to finally get our drinks. The biscuit was hard as a rock, the chicken was dry as a bone, the fries were old and fried twice. We wasted over 20 dollars on subpar food.

Our order was completely wrong when we got home. How can you mess up an order when there were only 2 people in the drive thru??? Ordered all white meat chicken bucket and got home to a bucket of legs and thighs. Called as soon as we sat down to eat,, and the manager said we are running low on wings and they probably just grabbed thighs on accident. Wouldn't refund our money, but wanted us to drive our food back up there so she could exchange it for us. After working 11 hours, we were not taking another 30 minutes to drive back and forth for them to correct their mistake. We didn't eat any of it & took it back the next day. They still refused to give us a refund, only would give us a replacement. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love this Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, but the plant-based nuggets were not all that great. The breading part of them was the worse part. So I took the breading off of them and ate of them because I don't like to waste food. But I won't be ordering them again. Other than that I'll continue to order chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken because their real chicken is delicious!

Well, it has been a while since we ate there, inside. I did the 2/$6, Pot Pie and 3 chicken tenders for later. At first, the pie crust looked scrumptious, I broke in the center and was very dismayed! Dry gulch there, no juice, creaminess, nothing to discern this was a real pot pie . Took it to counter, took a bit to get someone's eye contact. The counter person, "that's how they look". Really?, well could you throw some gravy on it?or give me a cup of gravy, at first she said, our gravy is 2.39. But, I guess the Mgr. Said just give me a small container. It was ok. I didn't enjoy the crust like many in the past! They do have a sign on door area as you walk out that says,"if not satisfied, we will replace, no ?? asked. Maybe they need to read that. I guess that's another place off my list. It is a shame, the remodeling is very nice, they have a big round area that seats like 8 people with charging stations. Nice.
