Nothing Bundt Cakes

Was a little disappointed that 2/3 of my classic vanilla cakes were filled with blueberries. Both were labeled classic vanilla. I ended up throwing both cakes away which was a huge disappointment and waste of money. My appetite was really set on these. Couldn’t take it back due to me living two hours away. However, they are usually very good and I love their cakes.

Today was my first time VISITING the store (I’ve ordered and eaten way too many times to count). SUPER sweet girls working there! Amrit was VERY helpful! She walked over to me as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out the perfect gift wrap for my bundtlet! She even offered to walk it to my car! The whole place is SO cute with lots of trinkets and gifts and cards. 😍 This visit really made my day! Can’t wait to give this to my deserving husband! 🥰

Stopped here for a gift for someone. Our first time ever going in this store and last. We chose a tower gift and the girl told us we could wait in our car while she wrapped it and would bring it out to us. The cup and cakes were wrapped when she handed it to us. We drove straight to the person we were giving it to and when she opened it the cup was broken. This store is an hour away from us so I couldn't just drive back. I called, they requested pictures. I sent them twice. When I called them back they stated they would call me whenever they got the picture. I know it doesn't take over an hour to receive a picture by email. I will eat this loss as well as the embarrassment of giving someone a broken gift but will NEVER do business with them again!!

This was the worst experience ever… i placed an order on 5/4/2022 for an assorted order of cupcakes to be picked up on 5/5/2022. I needed to change something about my order so I began calling at 9am when they answered and nobody answered I called every hour until I made it to the Flowood location to pickup my order… I asked for the manager and the lady I spoke with said real rude like “ I can help you” all whole rolling her neck and eyes… I advised to her that I had been calling all day to change my order she said well she had been busy all day… nowAy you’re that busy at 9am ..: nobody is in store eating cake at 9am… I advised her that inwanted to change something about my order but due to them not answering I had to come all the way here to get it changed she said well it’s too late to make changes now. This was horrible and she was so rude… I’ll never order from here again… all while its 3 associates standing there just looking around with nothing to do.

This place is phenomenal!! The cakes are delicious. There are a variety of different flavors. The cakes are moist and true to taste of their flavors. My favorite ones are the red velvet, lemon and double chocolate chip. I've had the white chocolate raspberry which was amazing scrumptious. There is the perfect amount or cream cheese frosting on it. The store is super clean and they always have samples for their flavors. Staff is friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this place

I work on an ambulance and me and my partner, who had never eaten here, showed up right at closing after leaving the hospital. They welcomed us in and serviced us with smiles on their face! Literally made our WHOLE night. I love this place and my partner, who had to try it before we left the parking lot, said he will be back! Thank yall SO much for the GREAT service!!! The cakes are absolutely amazing right along with the staff!!!
