If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. My husband and I have 5 children and we frequent this location often. Our kids love it here, and they have always been great to us. Until today. We came in and paid for our food. We started looking for a table and there are none available. But they had a large area to the right that was sectioned off with a table, but an employee was sitting in the area. We grabbed a booth at the edge of the blocked off area after looking around for another table. After sitting down the owner told us that we could not sit over there and told us to sit our family of 7 at a 4 seater table. We questioned him and said we had 7 people and his response was “well you can’t sit over here” .. I told my husband just to get a refund and the owner said “that’s fine go over there and get it.” The rudeness was mind blowing. There was no professionalism whatsoever to this guy. A simple “I’m sorry this area is closed, let me see what I can do to sit your family somewhere else” would have gone a LONG way. We will never return. They had no issues taking our money coming in the door, but when they couldn’t sit us they had no issues telling us to leave. Professionalism goes a long way .. Lack of professionalism goes even farther.

First off we got to CiCis pizza UNAWARE that they closed at 9 NO ONE said anything . Took our money & we pretty much had whatever they had out at the time . So on there website as well as the door once you enter into the place it says closing is at 10 !. So we thought we was good. It was one lady that was rude as hell as we were eating she was pretty much rushing us to eat trying to throw away stuff that we had & I couldn’t figure out for the life of me WHY until I asked are yal closing or something & she said yes WE CLOSED, everyone gone, it’s time to go so I’m looking crazy cause clearly the sign say 10 ! Most definitely won’t be back

I keep trying to justify cici's and give them chance after chance, but I can't anymore. Every time I go, I see something moldy, burnt, or unsanitary on the buffet bar. And the employees must not get paid enough to care 🤷🏻‍♀️ This most recent visit, Friday 3/25, I saw moldy cucumber at the salad bar, burnt BBQ chicken pizza, and never saw the buffet get a wipe down. My son and I had a bowl of the pasta and so far that is the biggest mistake I've made in my entire life. My son was sick all day Sunday (3/27) and I've been sick all day today (Monday, 3/28). We will not be back.

The owners seem to have a strategy here to see how much they can charge you extra! If you look at the bottom of your receipt they charge you an extra fee for whatever they feel like at the time. I was in line one time and I heard one of the managers say “start charging extra “ and the person taking my order says with this customer or after this one? They don’t ask you if you want a drink, they just charge you for it. Seems like the owners are working pretty much by themselves seeing to see how much they can rack up off the people without paying their workers! The service is better than before I will admit but Prices are definitely going up. Still people will go because you can feed a lot of people cheaper than most places. Just be careful of their hidden fees that they start charging at any given time.
