Had another group of people come in behind me and I was COMPLETELY ignored... went outside to sit in the car and cool off so I didn't say something stupid.... came back in CONTINUED to be ignored had almost rudely wave at someone to get there attention so I could get some ice cream.... what a pathetic location don't waste your time here

Just your average Baskin Robbins. Pretty much the same set up as most. I've been to this location multiple times and I've always had the flavors I liked available. Staff is usually pretty friendly and quick. Friday and Saturday evenings are pretty busy. I love the cotton candy flavor, mint chocolate chip and nutty coconut. Seating is somewhat limited if it does get crowded.

Three words. Jamocha almond fudge. If you’re a fan of coffee ice cream, This is an absolute must try. It was the perfect proportion of fudge crunch and rich creamy coffee. The Baskin-Robbins location in Flowood was completely stocked, as clean as it Can be, And I was politely greeted the second I walked through the door by a young girl eager to help me find this perfect bite. You definitely get a good amount of ice cream here for your money. This is hands-down my go to for ice cream. Not McDonald’s, not sonic, not ice corner, and not the ice cream aisle in Kroger. When I want ice cream this is where I go to satisfy my craving.

If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. In regards to improvements, a great place to start would be to avoid pumping your septic tank while paying customers are ordering food. I have photographic evidence of this taking place and I will be calling corporate. The overwhelming stench of human feces, for those who do not know what that means its poop, could only be likened to a full porter john in Mississippi august. I would like to think the franchise owner cares enough about food safety to reprimand the empolyee who permited this action while customers were present. That being said I doubt said owner cares or the establishment would have been closed. This is a major health code violation. Our order had been taken and money had been exchanged prior to the septic hose being run into the store, the wet floor signs. were not a dead giveaway the issue. But, the stench sure was.

My sister and I love this Baskin-Robbins! I especially love the sweet lemon ice cream and the orange dream ice cream, but all the flavors are delicious! I reccomend getting it in the waffle cone; it's to die for! When I worked in the area, it was an unusual choice for my lunch break, but a great one nonetheless!

The Flowood location is terrible. Workers are young and need more training on their products, not very friendly either. They look clueless if you order anything other than one scoop of basic ice cream. Went awhile back and got the “warm” brownie sundae... brownie was cold and hard as a rock. Went back tonight and got the “warm” cookie sandwich... brick hard cookies with freezer burnt ice cream in the middle. My husband got a cappuccino blast that was literally pure liquid.This location is consistently slacking. I think I will just go to Bop’s down the road from now on. Atleast they are consistent and their quality is 100% better.
