Parking lot was clear and clean. Adequate parking and has designated handicapped parking. We waited about 1 minute to be seated in a booth. The lunch crowd was dying down but still moderately busy.
The food was fresh, I noticed the staff refreshing on a regular basis. The buffet selection was great, and offered just as many selections for those counting calories or on restricted diets as deep fried and high calorie content food items. Fresh fruit was also available. I chose the pineapple and it was sweet and delicious.
Our server was attentive and visible cleaning of tables and floors was noticeable in other areas of the restaurant . The staff wore gloves and mask.
The restrooms were decent. They were clean and no noticeable unusual odors, trash receptacles were being emptied and not running over.
Overall it was very nice and the staff were very pleasant.

This used to be my all time fav place to visit when I came to town. But unfortunately they raised their prices and lowered their quality. There is now more rice than sushi on each sushi roll and instead of actual rice noodles, they use spaghetti noodles in the lo mien.

I really enjoyed the visit here! We entered and was seated promptly and our drink orders were taken. I had sushi first and it was fresh and delicious! I really enjoyed the variety in sushi they offer. From the hot foods, I had Salt and Pepper shrimp, sauteed green beans, vegetable Mei Fun that I added butter shrimp to and fried rice and well. Let's just say I was very satisfied and I'll definitely return!

The food was hit and miss with freshness. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars is for cleanliness. The ice cream bar is self serve and because of the way its designed, it's hard to dip from. I watched from my table 3 different people be extremely unsanitary with the ice cream. The restaurant needs to either have someone to serve it or redesign the bar where it's located. I personally won't be going back but I know several people who just skip ice cream and enjoy the other food.

Always love ichiban the food is great. The only thing I didn't like was they now add the tip to your bill huh? Buffet requires really nothing from the servers they barely kept the drink glasses full but they got a tip added to the bill. Food was and always is great!

Two sides to pick from. You can on the sushi side or the hibachi side. If your timing is wrong there is going to be a wait on the hibachi side. It is the most popular. It is good. They put on a good show and cook good food. If you like sushi you can usually always get seated immediately on the sushi side and their sushi is immaculate.
