The staff is warm and friendly making you want to keep coming back more of the conch atmosphere. Love this little business and my picadillo was bomb, definitely coming back to try the flan!
The food is only second to the friendly and welcoming staff. We had Papa's traditional Cuban sandwich and the pulled pork wrap. Both dishes represented the best Cuban food we've had in Key West in the 25 years we've been visiting. You will not be dissappointed!!
Homemade, authentic, honest good Cuban food. Made fresh with a smile and chat up a great story here. Went back there twice in before we left the island
Manny is great! Talkative, friendly, treats customers very well. Everything is made to order, so be prepared to wait a minute for the food, but it is 100% worth it. We had the traditional Cuban sandwich, but next time we're going to try the Dirty Cuban croqueta!
Great food with a friendly and accommodating proprietor. My husband got the Cuban sandwich , and I got the Dirty Cuban platter. Both were excellent! Unfortunately, Papa Chichi's is almost impossible to see from the street, but totally worth searching for. It's set toward the back of a small Plaza behind another building. I'm no expert on authentic Cuban food, but this is what I imagine it would taste like.

This place deserves all the rave reviews you've seen and then some. The food is delicious, authentic, fresh, and *real*, and the friendly owners are so kind and really know their stuff. I only wish we were in town longer--but I know we'll never visit Key West again without at least one visit to Papa Chichi's. Highly recommended!
Fantastic food and the most friendly staff, Papa Chichi's is tucked away in Kino square. The traditional Cuban sandwich and the pulled pork wrap are highly recommended. This will be the most authentic, best tasting Cuban food you will find on the island!

Fantastic food and an amazing staff. I stopped in here after seeing a small sign on the street corner and was VERY glad that I decided to stop in and take a chance. The food is authentic, made to order, and well worth stopping in. The location is a bit hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for, but take a look around and you won't be disappointed by what you find. The lunch meals have generous portions and absolutely have a homemade taste to them. I'm a little sad that I only found this place on the last day of my stay in Key West, but definitely look forward to coming back again and again in the future.
