If I Could Leave 0 Stars I Would Recently I Went To Dunkin Donuts To Buy A Coffee When I Drinked All The Coffee I Showed A Symptoms Of Tiredness And I Was Sleeping All Day I recently Purchased The Espresso Shot For My Mom When She Drinked The Espresso shot They Didn't Put Sugar Either She Had To Throw The Espresso Shot Away 1. They Didn't Accept My Moms Debit Card That Is From Another State 2. I Had To Go Back To My Car To Get My Debit Card To Purchase The Coffee When I Purchased The Coffee The Coffee Was Expired and Old If You Dont Want To Update Your Coffee and Help Your Customers At Dunkin Donuts Just Close And Find Another Job There's A Lot Of Jobs That Is Comfortable

Even if you spend money there everyday, you will not be able to get a cup of water without paying for it. And when you ask for it, the individuals at the counter ignore you and will not serve you. You also can't tip for good service, which has led to a workforce that does not worry about the customers experience. Long story short: if you find yourself dying from heat stroke, please crawl to subway next door because they will give you free water and make sure you are okay.

No drive-thru. Watch out for lazy and rude people. We stopped in on a Sunday. Parked where we were supposed to and another car pulled into the handicapped parking and run in to get ahead of us. And they were nice enough to spend 5 minutes talking to the people inside before ordering. Noticed the signs on the handicapped parking so must be an ongoing problem.

Very slow service. We were the second people in line and still waited nearly 20 minutes for a drink and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The quality is not as good as others I have been to. The restroom is disgusting and smelled as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. Staff was very short with customers and spoke more to each other about their personal lives than to the customers. Will definitely not be going back to this location.

All I ordered was an iced coffee with cream. Not something you could mess up but they did. The coffee they gave me tasted like they filled it with water instead, there was literally no coffee taste to it. I also had my phone out to scan my perks and the guy held up the scanner like he scanned it but when I checked...nothing had changed so it was never scanned. A bunch of young kids that don't really care...
