Worst customer service ever. Get to the box to order and they tell us at that time cash only. They should have put up a sign. My husband advised employee Ericka of this and she raised her voice at him. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. You need to evaluate the employees at this location and give them a retraining of customer service.

The burger king here is okay with good service however I used drive thru so far as dine in I don’t know . But the food was well prepared and fresh the staff were kinda polite so I was satisfied!

I’ve been coming here over a couple years now and let me tell you those Whoppers ain’t Whopping! I don’t know if they got lower quality meat recently, but it tasted really bad last time I went. I literally threw it away and went to McDonald’s down the street and they didn’t charge me for condiments such as this Burger King.

If you use coupons it's extremely affordable but don't go at 3pm during shift change because you might have to a wait a bit

Worst BK on the planet. Today at 7:50 PM the staff decided they no longer felt like working tonight and closed shop 4 hours early. A kitchen staff member grabbed a stack of empty bread trays, placed them all over the drive-thru lane to keep cars from coming in it and announced “We are done for today, go the Homestead if you want BK food”. So even though they state they are open till midnight, don’t expect them to honor their hours as the staff can apparently just decide they are done for the day whenever they like. Must be nice to make you own hours like that.

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went for breakfast and the food was amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Store Manager Shandrika very helpful as well when it came to asking questions about the Impossible whooper.
