This place is a hit or miss. The nuggets don’t be done. They are never crispy. They are always a very light brown color with soft/runny crust, nothing like advertised. And was told by the manager that they don’t do well done nuggets because they say it holds up the line. Umm the lines are already long and don’t move fast anyways.

3rd times the charm. As in the 3 time I've actually visited this Chick-fil-A in the morning. I ordered the family sized chick-n-minis. I ended up with the 4 count.... I asked what all came with it. They said hash rounds and a drink. I was thinking more than that but I said ok. They didn't read back order to confirm. So I pulled up and with a confused look on my face I didn't say a word
Just paid and took what they ordered for me. I'll just get the rest of family's food at Jack's.

Placed large takeout order. Chick-fil-A Florence rose to the challenge and passed gracefully with flying colors. Always a great experience going in or driving through. 5 stars and 5 thumbs-up.

The drive thru line is a circus, workers do not greet, and seem as if they don’t want to take any orders they are all bunched up talking. This is honestly the first Chick-fil-A where the service is so bland.

It was not quite lunch time so we had to wait a little bit but because we waited which was worth it they gave us a card to get a free cookie or brownie on our next trip. They were so nice and the food was great!!

Love that we can eat in the dining room again! We went in for breakfast, there was no line, we sat down at a table with our lovely fresh flowers in the vase, and within two minutes our food was delivered to us! You can't ask for better than that.

Awesome progression thru the Que (we were approx. 18) Same quality hot and spicy chicken with pepper jack cheese. Perhaps waffle fries could have been cooked 30 seconds more. I like crispy fries.
