Outback Steakhouse

We ate here for a family get together a few days ago. The apps were good but you can't go wrong with a blooming onion. I ordered a bone in ribeye which had so much gristle that half the steak was inedible. But it started worse. I ordered blue cheese on my wife's steak but go blue cheese on both hers and my steaks. I don't mind blue cheese in a salad or dip for chicken wings but I do not like it on a steak. It was an honest mistake and she offered to replace it but the reality is it would be a while before I got a new one and I don't like not eating with anyone else so I just said no problem and tried wiping the cheese off the steak. Overall it was a good steak except for the portion of the steak I could not eat. If it is an 18 ounce steak and 9 ounces are pure gristle that is a bit sad. What really got me irate was when I got the bill and they charged me for the mistake they made. Look, it was not much money but if you screw up an order it seems pretty brazen to charge me because you added something I neither like nor asked for. Other than the steak and charging me for your mistake it was a nice atmosphere and the other food was very good.

We dined here Tuesday at 3PM on a whim, made the reservation online too. We walked in before we were scheduled and was seated immediately, they weren’t busy at all. Sara was our waitress, she was very nice and attentive. I ordered the chicken sandwich, it was really good but very wet. It was dripping all over my plate. My friend ordered off the appetizer menu. She got a small order of coconut shrimp with some tangy sauce that I couldn’t determine what it was made of, it was good but different, and an order of cheese fries which ended up being massive! Overall, good experience and would come back to this location.

This is a fairly new Outback location in the area and it's really nice! I love the interior design and overall feel of the restaurant. The food was very tasty, our waitress was friendly, and the wait for our food wasn't bad at all. I really don't have anything bad to say about the place and am usually pleased with my experience at any Outback Steakhouse. Yum yum!

The food was delicious. My wife and I dined at this location for lunch. The steaks we had were grilled to perfection (in other words 'prepared the way we had requested'). The downside was this (which is why I rate '4' and not '5'): We had a 20 minute wait to be seated and due to Covid and had to wait in our car (this is totally acceptable). However, when we received the text that our table was ready, we entered the restaurant to be seated. There was one person at the Host station. She must have received a call right after we received our text. She was in a very intense phone call with a patron. It lasted about 2 or 3 minutes, to which a line of people formed behind us (about 10 or 12). Suggestion: have a designated person for seating purposes and another designate to cover phones.
