The doughnuts always taste good, my rating has nothing to do with the quality of what they do have. My rating reflects the inventory that they never have the specialty doughnuts they always heavily advertise online. For years I have visited this store and they almost always disappoint with selection. I asked the worker who was very nice if they would have some more of the specialty stuff in and she said they would have more tonight or the next day.. well I called to ask the next morning and they still don't.

They got the Best glazed donuts EVER!!!
Absolutely love them, just for donuts. Lol
(Not sure on anything else, never tried anything)
But if you go inside, you will have and Awesome time watching how they make the donuts thru the glass wall. It's very cool, how they are dipped in the the grease to cook. Awesome!!!

Extremely rude workers. Ordered an assorted dozen (on my app) and didn’t receive like six of the doughnuts I ordered and instead got 6 glazed. Went into the store and the workers were rude and said we shouldn’t have ordered on the app and that is was basically our fault. I’ve worked in the food industry and I get it that there are things out of our control but the way it was handled was HORRIBLE. If you want doughnuts with a half decent service, I recommend dunkin at this point.

In the year I have lived near this Krispy Kreme, it has never served espresso drinks that are still on the menu. Often out of the doughnuts requested and the drive thru speaker needs repair. Team members deserve better owners/management. Fix your equipment and inventory levels.

Why is there a car blocking the drive thru? Just getting off working wanting to get a sweet treat for me and my family and it's like they always have a car blocking the drive thru! I think it's absolutely ridiculous especially when you close at 11pm and it's only 10:10 pm

Employees are super rude. A mistake was made on my order and they refused to even acknowledge it and refused to fix it. I feel cheated as I got far less than what I paid for!

I ordered online, and walked right in. The multi-tasker running the counter AND the drive-thru was quick to acknowledge me and my order was ready and waiting. In and out in a matter of moments. Fantastic job y'all!
