Very Disappointed!!! 3 of us stopped in to have some burgers today around 1:30pm. Hostess asked how many and we told her 3. She stated she just had to clear off a table. No problem for us. 2 other sets of customers came in behind us. 1 part of nine and 1 party of 2. A different hostess told the 9 they would have to put a couple tables together and it would be a few minutes. So we all wait... After a while a 3rd hostess came over and immediately sat the table of 2 at a 4 top table right by the door. The first hostess came back and asked us how many again and when we said 3 it was going to be a while. When I asked why the table of 2 who came 5 minutes after was seated first she had no answers. When I asked if the table they were clearing for us was cleared she said there were no tables to clear after she was the one who told us that around 10 minutes prior. I really enjoy the food at Hooters but if your staff cannot communicate and can't even remember what they tell the customers, maybe they should be given a pen so they can write stuff down.

ordered food online to be picked up at 3:30 pm. Got there at 3:30 and waited about 10 minutes until I (and the other people waiting) was even acknowledged. One waitress went to go grab my food and didn’t come back. Another waitress came over to help me and went and grabbed my food for me. By the time I got my food, it was 3:50. My food was cold and not fresh so I’m not sure why it took 20 minutes. Only two of the waitresses were wearing masks in the entire store and hardly any of the customers were. The first waitress who helped me was hugging a customer (while not wearing a mask) and also using the f word the entire time. If I could give the negative stars I would. I would of understood the wait if my food was fresh but it was horrible and we ordered over 50 dollars worth of food. Disappointed to say the least
