Food is always good when we come to Florence. The only issue we had is that one of the servers had a can of Red Bull in the ice chest where all the drinks were being served from. Very unsanitary

Clean & good food. Polite service. But overpriced lunch buffet for youth. $12 for my 13 year old daughter is excessive. $7 for my 8 year old is excessive. Other than meatloaf, no beef on the lunch buffet. Mostly inexpensive items. $60 for lunch for my young family stops me from coming back.

Everything was very good. Of the two folks in our party that ordered steak, the one steak came out rare, when it was specified as medium. The staff offered to make it right by taking it back but the friend decided to just keep and not eat it.

I was so ecstatic to come in this very nice restaurant. The food buffet was considerably large. I’m here on military duty and I’m astonished to learn about this place. The waitress was very awesome. My review is a added star to make this place a 6 star. We all enjoyed this restaurant. Thanks for having us with such great service.

I had chopped top sirloin for lunch on Sunday....it's really good with mushroom gravy and texas toast...I also had the croissant and bread pudding.
They gave senior discount..which made the price cheaper...

We (my family and I) ordered steak and salad bar on 3/26. The salad bar was well stocked and was receiving a wipe down as I came up, so it was clean and appealing. When the steaks arrived to the table, we were in for a surprise. My son, daughter, and myself all ordered our steaks "medium" and my wife ordered hers med-well. The three medium steaks were a tad bit over rare and the med-well was shoe leather. We sent one of the rare steaks back, and it came back to the table with a texture of jerky.

The SCEA-RETIRED had a regional meeting at the Western Sizzlin Steakhouse in Florence. About 50 retired educators enjoyed a meal together and talked about the need to adjust the retirees' annual benefit adjustment. The food was good and the conversation lively. The waitress Joan was outstanding. Thanks to Western Sizzlin Steakhouse for the great time

The food was delicious my kids loved it.. I loved it too it was well seasoned everything has taste am from the jamaica so I know.. other from this racist white lady sitting across from us looking at us like we were thieves or something minus her the experience was perfect the waitress was great good people skills very attentive with us she was super sweet ❤ would come back
