Employees are too happy to be working there and 99% of the time forget my drink add ons. Food is often extra crispy almost inedible but not many other options available so what can ya do?

I travel a lot and have passed through here several times. Each time I've stopped at this Sonic I have been super impressed! I've had some bad experiences at other Sonics across AZ, but at this one the order has always been done right, done quickly, and the service is just fantastic! All of the people at the order window and the carhops have been great every single time. So I'm really impressed. This might not be a five-star restaurant, but it evidently has five-star people working here. Thanks y'all!

Wonderful service provided by male morning carhop! Manager displayed productivity in maintenancing a stall point of sales system thoroughly. Food was presented well and was still hot by the time I arrived home! A single item retained a desirable temperature for consumption even after a 15 minute drive! Awesome awesome awesome!

The Sonic Drive-In here in Florence, AZ has good food and the service is good and fast. I usually go through the drive-thru and I'm treated very good no matter which person waits on me. The employees are always in a good mood with a really upbeat attitude which is a good thing when working with public. I used to manage fast food and the number one fast food so I know how important it is to be in a good mood and carry a smile with a customers no matter if your day is going good or not and the fast food place that always has very well-trained employees that are nice and smile at the customers are definitely Sonic. No matter what town/City I'm in I noticed that when I go to a Sonic the employees are always working and smiling while doing their job and seem to really enjoy their job too. Obviously the higher up for Sonic has a good training program. It's also nice to go to a Sonic and get fresh food.

Great place in Florence. Love the milk shakes and blasts and especially the mozzarella sticks. Only problem is that all the drinks were leaked on the outside so all our hands got sticky. No biggie though, it doesn't happen all the time.

They have ups and Downs. But everyone's super friendly and deserve to be recognized as being great people. The food is fast food it's not perfect but is what you want when you want it. The drinks are really good and often very sweet. Best item is a chili dog with tots and a large cherry limeade.
It's not gourmet and it's not a sit-down restraint. Mistakes will be made. They get four stars because they handle themselves well and are ready and willing to fix mistakes. I image if it wasn't for turnover and constant training they could improve their wait time and snag that last star. Other than that they are a very good place for sweets and meats.
