Happy's Pizza

Very Unhappy with Happy's Pizza Pierson Road location. I placed a delivery order at 2:30 pm of their Supreme X-large Regular Round Garlic Butter Crust Pizza with an additional double Italian sausage, extra mozzarella and banana peppers. Their supreme is advertised consisting of pepperoni, ham, bacon, onion, green peppers and mushrooms. They delivered to me a thin no flavor crusted, dried out over cooked XL Italian sausage pizza with banana peppers. Not one supreme topping at all. I called them right away to tell them but they told me that the manager is the only one who can correct their mistake and that person would not be in until 5pm. I called back after 5 only to be told the manager was not in, would I like to speak to the person who took my order. I said yes if it will help. The gentleman gets on the phone stating only the manager could handle the issue. And the manager would not be in until the next day. Upset, I called Harrison Street location and asked if I could speak to a manager. I explained to them my complaint. The gentleman there gave me a corporate number to call. I paid $28.99 for the pizza, $2.90 tip, plus $5.99 for delivery. Corporate mailed me 2/$10 gift certificates. Very unhappy with Happys Pierson Road customers service, management and food. I appreciate corporates gesture in trying to resolve my issue. Very unhappy. Dissatisfied. Disappointed.

I used to love going into this store (Pierson & Clio). The staff were always super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the quality has been going downhill the past couple years. Breadsticks: no butter or parm. Pizza tastes great, but someone needs a little work on their hand-tossing technique. Not a sauce cup to be found when ordering breadsticks or calzone (three times out of four in the last few months). Just seems like they're in a huge hurry and don’t really care, since half the time they’re staring at their phones.

Business appears to be struggling. Long wait times even after calling in the order and even longer if you just walk in. The premade pizza boxes are literally stacked on the floor for easy access out in the open wait area. Floors were filthy! The rib tips were edible, for a late night meal, but probably won't go there again.

Ordered the breadsticks, advertised as "12 PC. // Hot Buttered Bread Sticks, Sprinkled with Parmesan" and got just bread. They didnt even give me my requested sauce dipping sauce of ranch. The pizza was supposed to be thin crust, and was not, it also wasnt even cut. It doesn't even look like they attempted to cut it, let alone attempted to spread the toppings out. I also didnt recieve any of the extra sauces I ordered and paid for. Also, it was all still really doughy. Id give a 0/5 stars if I could.
