I've given this location a second, third, and fourth try and the quality never improves. Don't let the picture fool you, the bun isn't toasted, its charred, and the chicken on their "Deluxe Chicken Sandwich" could be used as a hockey puck.
I know this isn't gourmet, but make it at least decent.

Store seemed short staffed. Did the order on the kiosk, kiosk burped out my loyalty and wouldn't let me reenter unless I cancelled the order. Good was warm but not hot. Fries were not crispy and hot. One meal was messed up (no point in getting it fixed as we were on a time crunch), waited for the rest of the order and no one bothered to ask why I was still standing there. Had to ask for the chicken nuggets and the correct sauce. Ladies bathroom had no toilet paper. Floors needed to be cleaned. Kiosk was surprisingly clean!

Good experience today. This McD has been severely short staffed recently. Also in the past I've had multiple orders messed up but today was fine. Always hit or miss with service here after 3pm.

Well I visited this location several times in the Past, but never ordered anything thru the app. I struggling to find what I was looking for to best suite my taste for the evening. I received a notice on my phone in the morning that they had a special on Large Fries but couldn't reproduce the notification. The worker running the front was also answering the drive thru. The Manager was the go between in the back. There was no Rhyme or rhythm to the work. But eventually I did get my order. Minus the Large Drink. I think because fast food had gotten used to no dining room that they forgot that customer need that REAL Feel experience to return to normalcy. The place had a good feel years before with a elegant dining room and fireplace. lol Now Chic n less user friendly. The bright spot was the girl that came out of the back that asked me if she could help make things right - very professional. Saved the DAY.

The1/4 pounder was hanging off and over the bun had to Waite for several minutes for a drink in front about 10 minutes 8.79 cents for a Quarter pounder meal. Robbed.

How can you go out of your way to actually add something that your told not to put on a burger. does this look like no onions..it looks like extra onions to me. I ordered no onions it wasn't that hard of a request. And it was a cold burger. No special order made. They must of grabed an old buger not cared and gave it to me.This McDonald's need better employees that know how to read a order screen. I wont be goin back there. They must think theres not a McDonald's every few miles around here
