Arby's

I don't live close to an Arby's so when I have the opportunity to eat at one I'm very excited. I had the large beef & cheddar 🧀🧀 it's so good. I was very disappointed that they didn't have horsey sauce, but I think that's just because of everything that's going on with product delivery. Keep up with making good food. Went to pick up a door dash order. The manager off the bat was very short with me and rude. She proceeds to push the customers food across the counter and said "you're all set" and walked away. I noticed the name on the receipt didn't match my door dash order. So I asked her if she's sure this is the correct order and she pushes the customers bag of food closer to me and says " I said, you're all set" very rudely. So I take it to the customer and sure enough, it's the wrong order. I call the store to let them know it was the wrong order and sure enough it was the manager. Who continues to be rude to me. I told her that she made a mistake by not confirming the correct order and she proceeds to insult me by saying that I don't know how to read and saying it was my fault that she received the wrong food. I will never go back to this location and urge others not to. There is no reason for an employee, let alone a manager to talk to another person so rudely. And to insult them.
