Pizza and wings were good quality overall. I did not receive my sauce for my breadsticks and I also waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. I had a portal pickup and yet I was told to pick it up from the counter

They left me on hold for almost 16 minutes, so I hung up. Usually, they put me on hold and then hang up on me.
Their pizza has been getting worse for the past 2 years. The crust is getting thinner, and the toppings fewer. Last time I ordered extra toppings, and it barely looked like a normal amount. The Little Caesars on Richfield and Coggins is even worse. They don't even bother answering the phone sometimes, have even fewer toppings, and the crust is sometimes cardboard thin.

Ordered 2 Stromboli's was told it was a 30 minute wait I was fine with that I even gave them more time I got to the store 55 minutes after I ordered paid for my food tobe told your not going to like this it's not made yet it will be 15 more minutes .

Today I put in an order for a simple 8pc buffalo wing. The worker on the phone took my name for pickup order and I said “J” we even had a little cackle about the name I gave him and he said it’ll be 20 min. My bf went to pick up my wings only to be told my order wasn’t there maybe it was at another one of the many locations on that same street but when I double checked to see where I ordered from by typing the number of the location I ordered at on google, that very location showed up so I’d like to say I found that very disrespectful and I was hangry so choose a different little caesars location might save some hanger and time. #PointlessLocation

On a diet. Get to eat pizza once per month. Ordered Pepperoni, mushroom, Italian sausage and extra cheese. $30 for a pizza for me and one for my wife. Pick up. They give bacon instead of Italian Sausage. They told me they don’t deliver pizzas so they can’t bring me the pizza I ordered and paid for. They put me on hold and ignored me. Might as well just laughed in my face. This franchise should be closed.

This place is awful. Very nasty people won’t give out there names when I asked. These people just try to make you order a pizza then cancel your order and take your money. Thieves. I will never order from here again. For now I will order jets.

Uncoordinated, unprofessional, poor communication. The top three things that come to mind after my latest experience there.
Like how are you gonna make me wait in the lobby for a Hot and ready and sell it to someone else the minute it's done. Incompetent employees and management.
Save yourself from a garbage experience and drive to any of the other locations within a 2 mi radius of this one.
