I ate my veggie sub while driving and this thing was so well assembled I made it home without crashing it was so good. Compliments to the chef

The Hill Road location is definitely NOT freaky fast! I was located about 1 mile away. It took them 45 minutes to drive it to me.

Never been disappointed, never! My fav is the bootleggers club👍🏼💕💕, xtra mayo, xtra lettuce. Yummy!!! Store was clean, neat and staff were appropriate and upbeat. Masks are optional, but all staff had on masks.

I miss my old Jimmy John's. Try to avoid this location. I have come to this location twice since moving. The first time they forgot tomato on my Tuna and this last time they forgot the pickles in the lunch boxes. I guess I am just used to the order being correct I didn't check. I will be going to Oliver T's down the road from now on. May not be freaky fast but it will be shockingly correct.

I ordered my food online and 30 minutes later it still says it’s not ready for pick up. I ended up calling and the girl said they are supposed mark that it’s ready for pick up manually ... but it’s BEEN ready.
I wanted to cancel my order but there wasn’t a way to on the app.
When i arrive to pick my food up, it’s another 30 minute wait in the drive-thru.
I will never eat here again smh. Who wants hour old food???? Not fresh at all.
I requested my sandwich be remade fresh and they said OK… I also requested mustard packets which I didn’t end up receiving either… Apparently they don’t like to take care of their guests right before it’s about to close even though I ordered an hour earlier
