Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

This store has been receiving a lot of backlash since the inspection but they’ve worked so hard since then to make the place clean and bug free! Inspectors gave them the okay to re-open and it looks so nice! The floors are redone and the baseboards are new and repainted. Deserves a second chance. Their non-dairy pomberry and cotton candy swirl tastes just like the nerds candy!

This is not far from the home of my family and they were shut down for roaches in the store, roaches all over and completely unsanitary. We will never go in my family will never ever set foot in there again. Somebody talked about second chances but allegedly this is repeat violations. Please think about going somewhere else. I prefer smoothie king right next-door and I have zero affiliation with them but I go there every single day. Never would I go here again. As somebody else explained this is the restaurant FEBRUARY 2022 : Live bugs and roaches were found in and under the yogurt dispenser machines during the first inspection at Sweetfrog Frozen Yogurt in Fleming Island. It would also appear they were allegedly found in the yogurt

I brought my family in on Sunday for BOGO promo. Yes I read the news, but I still give Sweetfrog a chance since my family is Christian family and we believe everybody has second chance. The store looks great, new clean floor, toppings are clean, my kids love their new flavor. I am sure they did their best to clean the store. To Amanda Brown, the store is open. Our family almost listen to you. We thought the store was closed. With the pandemic going on, businesses are struggling enough already. We will continue to support Sweetfrog.

My family was hesitant to make the trip to this Sweetfrog location because of recent reviews. But we went anyway because my kids wanted some foyo. Tbh the store looks clean and nice with new floor. My kids loved their new flavor Pomberry Punch. I talked to a nice young employee here about the situation, they said the manager did their best to make it clean after remodeling, so it's understandable. We hope this Sweetfrog location will get better because with the pandemic going on, it's really hard as it is.
