I went through the drive thru and asked 3 different times if they had the order correct. I was assured by the manager working the window it was.
It was a complete lie. My order was not correct. I even used the app and gave them my number for what i wanted. Very upset and have utter disbelief how you can screw up a order when it is given to you in a 4 digit code!

Food is always fresh. But the line is almost always backed up clear into the road, drive-thru cashiers aren't always friendly, and had my order messed up several times then they aren't keen on fixing it.

I'm telling you that everything on this particular block particular block needs needs a lot of work… Da da da da da don't blame A government check Because it's easy... And for those of you that work in customer service and really aren't intuitive into giving customer customer Service , Maybe you Quit now!
Waited 40 minutes in the Drive-through for a large fry and ice water only to receive cold fry , half full. IcedTea, no ice??!

Fairly typical McDonalds experience. Had to pull up and "wait on fresh fries", then when we got our food the fries weren't really all that fresh, lol.

Usually this McDonald's is pretty good. Our orders are right, and the food is fresh. I have occasionally gotten a burger here that was not done, but most of the time the food is great.

I haven't eaten McDonald's food since 2008 when I saw someone smoking a McDonald's French fry like it was a cigarette
