Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went here for lunch today 6/1/22 while on my break at work ordered a chili cheese dog combo and 3 piece chicken strip basket. Was told to pull forward to wait on fries (no problem I've worked fast food and understand) pulled forward to wait and watched as they brought the car in front of me who was also waiting on fries their food and walk right past me. Waited 10 more minutes as car after car behind me got their food, I walked in to refund my food since I was over my lunch time at work and had to get back. The manager was nice and friendly but pretty ridiculous that a place that had plenty of staffing 8 or more employees and still forgot about my food and me sitting in front of the restaurant and never served my food. Overall I appreciate the friendliness of the manager but the carelessness of the staff has me infuriated and I will not be back to this location.

Wouldn't give 1 star! EVERYTIME we try to eat at flatwoods dairy queen our fries are never done and if they are fully cooked they forget ur sandwich and u have to go back and ur fries are now cold the workers are very rude and roll their eyes at you and it's just unacceptable people pay way to much to get awful service at this fast food restaurant we will not be eating dairy queen after this 😡

Went in for a birthday cake and they wrote on it for us the cakes are amazing and have the chocolate crunchies in the middle. The staff at the DQ are always so helpful and friendly. I also asked for a pup cup cause my dog always knows when we come back from DQ and expects his pup cup. It was gone in 3 mins flat lol
