Burger King

I received my receipt at 9:12 and did not receive my food until 9:30. There was no explanation for 10 minutes - we just sat at the window. Finally honked the horn to get the lady's attention. When asked what's going on, she said she'd check. She left and took a few minutes to come back... With someone at the counter's order. I asked again and she said the woman in the back was cooking it. We finally got our food and it was cold. The cheese wasn't melted. The croissant was not warm. The bacon had grease on it that was turning hard (the grease dripping was white looking, indicating it had been sitting there a while). I've eaten BK breakfast exclusively for years and years. After several experiences like this, not only on vacation like this instance, but also at home, I'm not eating at BK again. Even though McDonald's breakfast is not nearly as good as the croissant, I'm so tired of the poor service and food quality that I'm willing to eat it versus continuing the poor experiences at BK. I realize one customer's business doesn't matter that much, but there were 3 cars behind me that also sat there 15 minutes.

Third time is not a charm! Finally have gotten smart after 3 visits and will not return to this establishment. I also notified the corporate office of my concerns. Every time I frequent this restaurant, they are out of all kinds of items. The place is dirty as well. Today they only had small burgers and no straws. The young man at the window was nice but told me the majority of freezers were out so they had to discard a lot of food. I asked him if the meat was safe and he assured me it was ok. However, after getting the “small” burger, I was afraid to eat it. The lettuce was brown and tomatoes were mushy. I asked if a manager was there and was told “no.” This place needs to step it up. Look at the reviews Corp Burger King! Seems like a management issue to me!

I love!! There impossible burger it always tastes fresh!! In my opinion, The service is good.... Although they close at weird times sometimes, and it seems,, you can't eat inside anymore??? But what they truly truly NEED! are ***** ( STAFF MEMBERS)***** it seems they tend to close when there is not enough help. Corporate needs to help this site !! In my opinion of course.

It never fails, you place your order Pay your money however, never receive all of your items purchased, I always check my bag before pulling away from the window in spite of any timer installed at the window area, this morning while talking on the phone I forgot to check the bag. Once I made it home I took notice that half of my order was missing and the money had been paid I checked the receipt to reassure it was charged after confirming I called the manager Chris he instructed me to return to the restaurant and that he would take care of the situation and would compensate for the misunderstandings however, upon arrival Chris refused to venture to the parking lot I even gave him a call telling we where back yet he refused. At one point I was happy to see this Burger King reopen but now I think I speak for the community when say at this point we can just do without it. close the doors never open them up again. It will be doing our community a service.

Went with my dad and got a whopper and bacon king meal. Fries were hard and cold, and we got the completely wrong sandwiches. We were also not given straws. Its not like it was busy either, there was just me and one car behind. I dont tend to leave a review on Google ever, but this is by far the worst fast food I've ever spent money on.

Still don’t understand how Burger King allows this place to be open. Never any food. 40 minute waits. Missing half the order constantly. Half items always out of stock. Employees have no idea what they are doing. Drugs being done outside. Corporate should close this place down. Just waited 40 minutes for a “shift change” at 2:38 pm and couldn’t place an order. I finally left. Never going here again

OMG they were out of so many items it didn't make any sense. No lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, ketchup, only ranch for chicken nuggets, no bacon, no tea or coke. I had order a whopper Jr and they was going to charge me until I realized a whopper Jr would be just a cheeseburger since there is no lettuce or tomato so I may as well just buy a cheeseburger instead which I did. Then on top of all that the food was cold as heck. It will be awhile before I return to that location. It's always something with them.
