Every time I go here there is an issue with advertised " deals " and them ringing up as regular price items and the cashier always has a problem with me questioning the price saying the owners says it doesn't matter what the sign clearly says that they have been instructed to ring up the full price . Then the cashier gets an attitude 8f you question it. Example (king size candy 2 for 450 ) says mix and match and shows a picture of reeses but doesn't ring up. Do better md train your staff to treat customers better. Has happened twice now.

All oil inventory is in wrong places . (Pictures to prove it ) And they won’t honor the price Threatened to call cops “Refused service “ Would NOT give District managers # They were not going to do it till I was on the phone to corporate. Then associate said “she” wouldn’t let him change the price . I said fine I’ll just stay on phone with corporate , and you WILL do it then . THEN “she” said to do it …. The cashier said he’s do it this time but not again…. I didn’t ask for a favor . I’m holding you accountable for your store !! Very unhappy

This store is my go-to for gas, lottery tickets and any quick pick item. Your employees have always been attentive, pleasant and helpful. I hope you take this as a great compliment. You are a quick stop store, so to have given you 3 very positive adjectives to describe my 3 minute experiences is quite an a accomplishment for 7-11.
