One of the least efficient fast food places around. They owners refuse to staff appropriately. They also refuse to update the online platform. If you close at 8pm inside my order shouldn't be allowed to be for inside pick up. The owners are a disgrace. Sell it to someone who cares. Staff is adequate....

No matter how thorough, articulate or specific you are, they will find a way to completely ruin your order and give you something different. I actually can’t recall one time they got my order right. I love Taco Bell, but this staff is a joke

Painfully slow drive thru. Only got one of my chickin chalupas from $12.99 chalupa meal. The girl in the window was very lovely.

If you go there 5 times, they will forget to give you one of your tacos 3 times. I almost expect them to forget a taco whenever I order from this particular location.

They were breaking in new workers so I waited for a bit. They gave me a voucher for the wait. Very nice young lady. Thank you.

This place is horrible. My worst experience ever at Tacos. Never again. 12/11/21 Sat night I got to the drive thru at 11:07pm there was a huge line I waited patiently I got to the speaker and wait for more 20 min no one answer. When I went to the window this lady was doing her own thing. Why would you wanna work somewhere when you don’t care about this job. I never got my food. My worst experience ever at any fast food restaurants. Completely bs.

Every time I come here, I hope to be happly satisfied however, thats never the case! :( nevermind, my cheezy fiesta potatoes! I'm extrimly disappointed! To get good tacobell I always end up in Worcester! This is annoying when I have one right in town!
