Today was my first time ever going there. I tried the 20oz Strawberry X-Treme it is yummy. The service was fast and accurate. Went to the location again and took a friend with me she was very hesitant but the lady asked her questions made suggestions and my friend was happy with the outcome. I tried the slim n trim chocolate with peanut my new favorite! The staff was amazing keep up the great customer service greatly appreciated 👌👍 I am a faithful member and my favorite is the chocolate fit and trim add peanut butter

Great Staff!! Very friendly, menu knowledge is great, attitude is customer oriented. The store is always very clean, I appreciate that. Essence, Sam. The staff there is terrific. Essence, Payton, Patrick, and Sam are friendly and fun. They make it enjoyable to come in and order a tasty smoothie. They are sharp and light hearted. I appreciate their service attitudes. The store is always clean and so is the bathroom.

When I walked into the store, I was immediately hit with the most immaculate smell. It smelled like Mr. Clean had run all over every surface of the store. The employees were some of the nicest people I have ever met, almost as nice as Jesus himself. I got a pineapple surf smoothie, which is their best seller, and it tasted like the entire state of Hawaii blew up in my mouth. It was amazing. 5 starts doesn’t do this store justice.

I just wanted to share my upmost gratitude for the young adults who were working at the 96th st location(I believe store 1304). After I ordered my smoothie and boom, I get into a car accident(both individuals were able to drive away, thank God) !! An hour and a half goes by before I could call them to explain but I was on my way!! Upon my arrival, the young mahogany skinned Goddess asked if she could give me my smoothie in a 40oz cup. I was lost at first and she said, "Well they told me what happened so, were giving you a 40oz instead of your 20oz." 😊 My heart was full as my eyes began to water!! That was very kind and I wholeheartedly appreciated that and was completely blown away!! Thank you very Much and I pray you keep that heart you have!! Always operate in love. Thank you Again and I'll definitely be back!!

Very friendly staff ,clean store smelled like bleach as soon as I opened the door . This was my first time I felt welcomed as if I had been there before . Essence , Ricky , and Emily were very helpful . I had the strawberry peanut power plus and it was very good . See you guys soon
