Good and fast sandwiches. Had my first sandwich was made wrong on this visit but was quickly resolved after I drove back there. Been ordering from here for a long time now was the first time so it wasn't a problem. The staff was professional and quick. They do seem to need more staff so a budget for higher pay to get people in may be needed to keep this store running as good as it can be. Would definitely recommend this store all around though food is prepared fast and to a great quality. Keep up the great work yall.

Great Service and Staff!! Yesterday I placed a delivery order for our office online but I put the wrong address in the system Jimmy Johns delivered to the address, right on time. When I called looking for our order Mandy at Jimmy John's said that they delivered to the address I put in, but that she would remake the order and send it to our address. This is one of our go-to JJ’s and we have always had pretty good experiences, so I’m giving four stars even though I was not happy with my order tonight. My usual is the BLT Unwich and again ordered one this evening. For some reason, the worker put shredded lettuce in the Unwich. Why???? I didn’t request it, and in all the years I have ordered this sandwich this it has never happened. Is the BLLT Unwich something new? I hope not! (Yes, I picked it all off, and there was a lot of it!). March 10, Editing to add: I just saw the JJ’s owner’s reply and went to the website. I am unable to complete the form because I don’t know the exact date, time and order number so I left that blank. Also, I do not see the reason for having to input my home address, which I also left blank; my email should be sufficient to submit the comments but I’m unable to do so without entering all that other required information.

Amazing crew. I order often as I work around the corner at the law firm, and I have to say that I love the people that work here. Always so very nice and sweet. I especially wanted to thank the gentleman with the hat, glasses, and green-colored mask that delivered to me today at lunchtime. Traffic caused a delay and he called to let me know he didn't forget about me and that he was right around the corner. Give this man a raise. I do not see his name anywhere on the receipt. Thank you for always being so pleasant and the speedy delivery always! Happy Holidays to your wonderful team! ❤❤❤
