They are always very kind to everyone and they are very fast and will bring your order to your seat. They have really good ice cream and great food. When you drive by Dairy Queen this is the place to stop.

The ice cream was great that is a 5 star, however the crew that was working that day was unfriendly and rude... If you hate your job that much quit!! People like that should never work face to face with customers. I understand finding good help is hard these days but, wow!! I feel so sorry for the owner of this Dairy Queen.

Total disappointment on both of my visits to this spot.
My Burger was cold and dry, The bacon was hard as a rock Barely there. The whole sandwich was put together very sloppily.
This was at the Findlay location.
I gave one star because I had 2 and the little girls at the window were very sweet.

Maybe, just maybe, when you close you should turn off your lights! It would be way less confusing to customers who pull into a fully lot order board and ALL of your signs and interior lights on! Might be very less confusing than sitting next a fully-lit non-functioning Order Board! j/s

Not vary happy with this dairy Queen. Came in about 8:30 pm the woman that took my order was rude and I wanted ice cream but the machine was down , but the people behind me she gave them ice cream.

This place is pretty much useless. They rarely have anything in stock. Half the time the don't even have vanilla ice cream anymore. There's really no excuse. Nobody else in town seems to be having these issues.

I've only been to this location a couple of times. But the staff were sort of rude and service was kind of slow
Update: the woman who took my order made sure before she gave it to me that it was correct because another guy order a similar samwhich right after I did. the food was not made properly, then the cook got defensive because he left a patty off of my 1/2 lb burger. So he took back threw another patty in the microwave and then gave it to me. I was unaware that the burgers were cooked this way and not fresh on a flat top. Unfortunately I will most likely never return to this place considering this is my 4th bad experience and I have never had a good one
