NOT a fan at ALL of having to stand at a screen and order my food and waste time doing someone elses job. We didn't get greeted or asked if we needed help trying to figure out how to order a simple meal then to have to music soooo loud that we can't even talk. So to sum up our visit to the Findlay Taco Bell, Not Happy at all !!

They may be short staffed, like every other place right now, but the workers are doing an amazing job of getting the cars through quickly, and the food is really good!!

Order hasn't been wrong. Order online tho. You ask for 20 packets of hot sauce, that's what you want right? Don't ask qty if your not gonna put it in the bag. Go inside and get it yourself.

This location is exceptional. They handle in person and online orders flawlessly, get food out at a good pace, and are very kind and polite. My only major gripe is that they've drastically cut down on hours. Whereas they used to close around 4am, they've gone down to closing at currently 8pm. It's not the fault of anyone working there, but it's a shame nonetheless. Also, similar issue with their constant menu changes and cutting down on their value menu.
