The people there are very nice and the service was not slow… however, the portions were horrendous! Almost 12 dollars for a little rice and chicken and steak.

I ordered a bowl , the portion size was plentiful and the price was very reasonable. Our cashier Emma was a delight, very friendly and personable. Definitely a go-to spot for us. Will definitely be back.

They built us some terrific sofrita salads with hot, medium, and mild salsas. (Yes, we get all three.) The ingredients are fresh and the spices are very yummy. Our only issue was there was a glob of sour cream in the hot salsa. That's no bueno for us plant based eaters. Other than that, everything was great and served by happy staff.

Slow service, small portions and half the staff weren’t wearing masks. Parking lot is in bad shape too. By the look of other reviews, these are everyday problems here.

The new one by I -75 is a joke. Sat in there parking lot ordered my food on the app waited until the time it gave me it would be ready pull up to the window in the 16-year-old boy had to unlock it and tell me I can’t order through the window I said I placed a mobile order for pick up. He told me their online ordering is turn off I explain to him that it let me pick this store. I confirm the store number with him he told me that was correct and told me it probably got sent over to the other one across town. Don’t waste your time with them they don’t even know what they’re doing.

I'm a frequent chipotle goer, with me having celiac disease and living in fostoria there is not much for me to eat here.. I've never had an issue with my food here, the staff is always very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and take their proper precautions

We came here they only gave us like 3 pieces of steak on the three tacos I ordered I mean if you going to serve at least give a good portion I was out $16.00 for this meal I was disappointed
