Mcdonald's

We were there 3/18/2022. Our burgers were cooked nice and fresh which shocked us because it was 12:30. Our fries were nice and hot and very fresh. I wished I could remember the young man who waited on us. Our experience with this McDonald’s was the best we have had in years. So Thank to all of you that day. Job well done. We definitely got what we paid for.

Wow, new low. Missing bottom bun from chicken sandwich. My "no onion" big mac got made as a "no pickle" :( not terrible, but ew its covered in onion, thank god i dont have an allergy, ill just scrape off the nasty slivers. Oh and... Ice cream machine still always "down" still, even after emailing/calling the managers several times over the last year. Why is it so hard for yall to get simple orders right? No bottom patty? Seriously?!

I normally don't eat at McDonald's, usually the service is lacking, not here drive thru was excellent and more then efficient, hot food, and great service! I will be stopping here again, McD's this crew earned back some of my patronage. Ca.e in again today and I liked it again because of the crew here, very nice and helpful. I have saw some winning g about the service here, I am normally not a McDonald's fan, I am of fernley location, I have never been served by any shift that they weren't exceedingly polite and very willing to get your order correct...the complainers o. Here should try being polite themselves and maybe be more truthful, some swearing a frozen fish patty?? Lol, I doubt it, kudos to the manager here, you and your crew are doing a great job!!
