JOKE... advertised hours are until 3am... stopped by at 12:30am and was told, "it's going to be a long time because the people in front of you ordered a lot of items" 1) at least you were honest 2) what a joke!!! 3) guess it doesn't matter when your other Taco Bell only takes orders from Door Dash or UberEats after a certain time.....I hope you all close and lose your jobs

Do you have a RIDICULOUSLY simple order? Don’t go here then, because they will surely abominate it. Your literally better off eating from the garbage, as you will have a better probability of getting what you ask for…. One star is overrated for these employees. Hopefully they replace them with machines soon. Then I might consider risking paying $20 for exactly what I don’t want for the 100th time. Ps. If it’s a good review, it’s probably friends/family of the owner… surprising because that’s probably the most work they have put into this establishment as the service and food quality is about equal to road kill. Best of luck though, if your experience is not even good but just better than mine you should play the lottery, because your lucky….. Really lucky… Sincerely, the fool who kept thinking “it’s so simple. How could they mess it up for the quadrillionth time?

I ordered 2 quesadilla meals, and 1 doritos tacos meal in the drive thru. I received 1 quesadilla meal. Taco bell staff (female) gave me my receipt to show that I only ordered 1- but it was not my receipt. They gave me my bag of food. They found my actual receipt, which showed only 1 quesadilla ordered and paid for. I apologized for the confusion, and asked to purchase a 2nd quesadilla meal. Another staff member (male) insisted I give him back my bag of food from my car. He wore gloves and took out each piece of my order, to show me that he included the quesadilla. I told him I understood there was 1 in the bag, and that I only paid for one, but I wanted 2 and that I would pay for the 2nd quesadilla (cash in hand). He told me I did not order 2. So I said never mind and asked for my food back that I paid for. He said, "ma'am, it's not that serious." I explained that I also work in customer service and fast food, and could not believe the way I was being treated. And again asked for my food back. He would not give it to me. So I left the drive thru. Uncomfortable returning to this location, I went to another store snd asked for assistance. I was told no other location could help me. So now I have no food and no refund, either.

Went today at 11:00. May 3rd 2022 ordered 30 dollar of food all of it was cold when we gotten home what l would like to know is what time can a person order food and it will be hot everything cold thank god grandkids out of school for few days they can warmup food themselves its just ridiculous how paying customers are treated ridiculous👎👎👎👎👎

I just got back from this Taco Bell for a second time because the first order was messed up, but the second time the manager hooked me up, no problems, no drama, I showed her my receipt and asked her for my order to be redone and she said absolutely, she gave me good food and it was all right, the date is 6/15/22 and it’s 10pm the manager working at this Taco Bell needs a promotion
