Seriously this place is trash. I ordered at 9pm and they say they are opened till midnight but they closed at ten after me waiting over an hour for my doordash order to be picked up. They didn’t answer the phone and this is the third time we attempted to order from this location and didn’t get our order. Pathetic customer service. How hard is it to put a couple of scoops of ice cream in a cup. If i could give zero stars i would. Don’t order from this place. You won’t get your order and they don’t care at all about their customers. The number online goes to a cell phone. Shows how trash this spot really is. Calling health department on them. Hope they up to code.

Very incompetent location. Ordered a customized cake here and when I went to pick it up the size of the cake was wrong. Was told that everything else about the cake was correct, the ice cream and cake flavors inside, and that the only thing wrong was the size. Was offered a dozen of donuts to make up the difference in price, which I took. I cut into the cake the next day and turns out that the cake flavor is also incorrect. Honestly, it wouldn't have made a difference if everything was correct, the cake wouldn't have been worth it either way. It was mostly ice cream and the little bit of cake that was there didn't taste great. I would suggest buying a cake from someplace else and ice cream from here separately, if you just had to have their ice cream. It'll taste better and come out cheaper.

I'm so tired of this location. The cakes are always way overpriced and the selection is pathetic. The service is abysmal - maybe one person helping. All employees are usually helping Dunkin donuts customers. Zero organization and no direction. To add to the stress, the customers are beyond irritating. GHETTO. They should start selling liquor and lotto; quicker and the cashier's won't have to work as hard
