-fake fingernails all over the restrooms -layers of dust on tables and ovens -dirt visibly piled in the corners -moldy sink drains visible from the lobby -manager and she said she knew about the issues and made it clear that there was nothing she would do about it anytime soon. -in store managers were telling employees not to wear masks and making fun of the ones who did. got covid after visiting the store & was confirmed the general manager exposed me to covid -employees wrapped sandwiches without gloves. -employees were on their phones & extremely inattentive to customers. -they delivered to the wrong house. i called and they said since I placed my order at 11:30 and they opened at 11 that it was my fault for ordering too early?? -after being told multiple different excuses they made new sandwiches to deliver but they still didn’t send multiple items that I ordered. -the driver showed up without a mask and argued with me that I didn’t know my own address and to put a different building number on my order next time. i tried explaining I don’t have a different building number but she continued to argue and tell me that I was wrong. -got food poisoning from the delivery. I have worked for other Jimmy Johns locations before and love the company! But I would NEVER recommend someone eat at the Fenton Jimmy Johns. Nasty restaurant and nasty service.

Ordered $50 worth of subs And they messed up the order completely by the time I got everything home the buns were saturated, soggy And very messy to eat. I repeated my order 4 times to them to make sure they had it right. I've eaten at Jimmy John's Lansing, Rochester Hills, Troy, and out of state never had a problem with this place, until Fenton.

Giving two stars because the actual sub is delicious but this is now the second time I have ordered for delivery and it is delivered and just left at my door step. I don’t know if it’s because I order through the app and there was a leave at door option but my thought with that was knocking then leaving, so they didn’t have to wait for me to get to the door. So my freaky fast deliveries have been hour + because I had no idea it was delivered.

Worst experience ever for an online order. Placed my order via the app, received order number and my debit card was billed. I called an hour later to find out why my order was still in limbo. Order was for 35 dollars. Gave the store and spoke to management and gave her my order number. She said she had no record of order being placed, but yet she managed to find recent history of prior orders. Had a order number but she could not find it? She told me she couldn't refund my card without a actual order in her computer. It was obvious she didn't have a clue as to how to research orders or knowledge of the system. She didn't even offer to remedy the situation or offer to take another order. I called corporate office, gave them my order number and they found it right away. He in turn called the store and had it canceled. But he also offered no fix to make a customer happy. Never again will I buy anything from this store or from any other location. Obviously the manager was to overwhelmed or just didn't care about Customer Service.
