C'mon I just came through the drive thru and get handed half full old fries. Everything else seems fine but I'm still in the car. As long as everything else took we could have had some fresh, these were like stale and hard. Just a bummer because we were too close to home by the time we noticed. Whoever gave them to us had to know how gross these were.

You guys need to change your fryer oil. I came last week and the tacos tasted like the oil, came this week thinking there's no way they are still using that oil and sure enough these tacos taste like burnt oil. I've always appreciated this location because the food is always fresh and never tasted like old cooking oil so please, get it together!

Extra long wait for 2 meals being the only customer at the time. After spending nearly $30 for 2 large meals I get my order and it's incorrectly prepared with cold hard fries. Even after going over the order 3 times before pulling to the window. While waiting I could easily see 4 employees just standing around talking at the front counter instead of doing their jobs. This jack in the box really disappoints and lowers expectations. Tbh most of the jack in the box restaurants I've been too in the last couple years have been disappointing unfortunately. Really sucks because I used to like jack but I think I will be avoiding them from now on.

Terrible service. Told us there were only 3 workers working so they could only use the drive through register. We got our food through the drive through, came back inside to eat, and they then came and told us they were going to call the cops on us if we didn't leave. After we had just sat down with our food. No reason whatsoever that we couldn't eat in there at 5:30 on a Monday.

Things are tough all over in 2022 and finding the right help is quite a challenge. That was reflected in our experience last week. It's not just JITB, though. It really seems to be industry wide. Here's to hoping things get better sooner than later.

Not a good visit. Waited 18 minutes in the drive thru for my lunch (lunch break only 30 minutes). Pulled up to check my order and it was wrong. I didn't check before I left the window because the line was so backed up and I didn't want to hold anyone up. Dining room doors were locked, ridiculous, and nobody would come to the door. Had to wait in the drive thru a second time, 13 minutes, to get my order corrected. Burger was decent but the fries and onion rings were way over cooked. Had to throw the onion rings in the trash. Highly disappointed.

Got sick, and had bad experience. Burnt tacos, and bad customer service. Ended up leaving mid way through meal. Drinks flat, and food bad would not recommend.
