O'charley's

Very good restaurant to eat at. Me and my date ate here on a Saturday around noon and it wasn't crowded at all. The prices on the menu are all pretty much over $10 but are tasty and worth it. I got the Salisbury steak with bacon mashed potatoes medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. My date ordered the French dip with a baked potato. She said the baked potato was amazing and so was the French dip. I would highly recommend eating here.

We had to ask for silverware when the food was finally served after waiting 30 minutes. Water was not kept refilled. My food was good, but my husband's steak was overcooked, and only slightly warm. His fries were cold and soggy, and his mac & cheese was cold and bland. Doubt we will return. Wasn't the cleanest either.

Very disappointed. I love O'Charlies but we don't have one where we live. Looked forward to eating here all day. Looked up the hours and saw they were open till 9. Got there at 6:50 and the doors were locked. One said close at 7. We were there before 7. No o one even bothered to come to the door to apologize.

We ordered fried pickles, potato skins without green onions, a cheeseburger meal with mashed sweet potatoes, and a chicken tender meal with a loaded baked potato to go. I had a fish tender in with my chicken tenders, the fried pickles were super soggy and there were random bits of stuff under them and they put green onions on the skins. Very disappointing.

First time going back here in years. We stopped going to O' Charleys about 5 years ago bc the food had gone way down hill. My hubby wanted to give it a shot again, thinking it had gotten better. Unfortunately it hasn't!! :/ We went on a Saturday night at 7pm, there was no wait. The hostess sat us in very close proximity to 3 other full tables which led me to believe that they might have been short handed bc it looked like a whole section was empty or could've just been bc they weren't busy so they were keeping patrons close for the wait staff convenience. Our waiter, Cody, was friendly and prompt with coming to get our drink orders, I quickly put in for an appetizer and when it came out we realized that we didn't have plates or silverware. We ordered the combo platter, 3 potato skins, 3 chicken tenders, 3 cheese triangles. The potato skins were burnt to a crisp, not good at all. The chicken and cheese triangles were good. As we sat there waiting for our food we noticed how dirty the restaurant was, it smelled like moldy carpet. Our waiter was busing the table across the aisle, definitely not thrilled by that but the good news was that he didn't serve us our good. I paid extra for a wedge salad as one of my sides as well as the asparagus. The wedge salad lacked taste and bacon crumbles. The 3 slices of tomatoe they gave me were from Roma tomatoes, and one slice was the top. The dressing tasted watered down. I asked for bacon crumbles, cody brought me some and either they were imitation or just that stale not to mention the amount he gave me was less than what was on the 3 potato skins, it was such a small amount that my daughter commented, wow I guess they're running short on bacon bits. The main entrees over all were good except my steak. I ordered it medium and it came medium rare. My hubby ordered his medium well and said it was perfect. My asparagus was wimpy but tasted okay. I think I only got 4 measley stalks and paid extra for that. I'm giving them 3 stars bc the waiter was friendly and everyone else's food was barely above just okay. We will not be eating here for another several years or maybe we'll try the one in South County instead of Gravois Bluffs.
