The food is not that great. I ordered cheese bread and fries. The texture of the bread and cheese was very very rubbery. The fries would have been okay but terrible under seasoned. There was zero salt on them. I asked for ranch for dipping and that taste awful. I’m pretty sure great value ranch is better.
Overall this is not my thing. The food was terrible and I didn’t care for the customer service.

First time at a Penn Station and it was good but didn't wow me. Maybe I got the wrong sandwich. I tried the artichoke sandwich with mushrooms. Enjoyable, but could use more seasonings. I liked the multigrain bread - it did some heavy lifting. Interior of restaurant was clean and attractive. Staff was polite and wished us well as we left.

So, you set a time to stop ordering. 7:30 I think. We placed an order well before that time. Confirmed at 7:09. Received a message that the order was delayed at the business nearly 45 minutes later. At 8:01, without explanation, received a message that the order was cancelled. Horrible service, offer me no excuses. Now scrambling to get food for a family of four at 8:21.
