Mcdonald's

This store is one of the only places in town open late at night. Like most places in the country, they are short staffed and often working multiple positions that they are not being fairly compensated for. I witnessed the manager’s daughter in law tonight, trying to get in between the vehicle of the person the workers were currently serving so she could yell and cuss at and berate them for not providing her fast enough service in the drive through, but it was because they were preparing food and beverages and cashier services to other guests! It was completely unacceptable, and they were all working very hard despite not having enough employees. If this woman really was the DIL of the manager/GM, you would think she would have a little more patience and understanding and less entitlement. I tipped at McDonalds tonight because they don’t get paid enough to experience and put up with harassment, especially from grown folks who should know better, as well as how to treat industry members with respect!

I swear this was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at McDonald's!! First of all I sat waiting to order for at least 10 minutes (there were two cars at window) then I paid, pulled to next window, waited 5 minutes more before I was asked to pull up and they would bring my food out. After 15 more minutes the man working the window asked had I not got my order yet (obviously I hadn't or I wouldn't have been sitting there) he said he would check on it. About 5 minutes later someone FINALLY brought my food, I leave and grab some fries , they were ice cold so I get my burger and it had everything on it that I asked not to put on it! I was livid! $10 and approximately 30 minutes waiting for my food and couldn't even eat it! Very disappointed!

Got our order wrong and when I went in to tell them the manager said out loud in front of me that I should've told them at the window. Ordered a dbl quarter pounder plain and I said no cheese. It had cheese. She was very rude. Had to get someone's attention even though they all saw me standing there. Needs customer contact lessons or something. Won't go there again for sure.

It was the worst service ever ,I ordered slivered onion's on my burger didn't have any . It was even on the ticket . I called in to have it fixed and the lady called me a liar saying she fixed my order and that she added it . She didn't and the manager took her side screw them. And pass the word Fayetteville MacDonalds is horrid

The fries were not great. Macky D's fries are my fave WHEN THEY ARE HOT and FRESH! I realize that they can't always be that way , but even during a little rush they should be at least warm and crispy. The fries I had CLEARLY had been setting PAST THE HOLD TIME! I know things are hard right now , so maybe don't precook your fries so much. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I don't mind a few minutes wait for good fries!
