Pizza Hut

Terrible service waited for over an hour. There were no servers, the guy running the cash register was taking phone orders and trying to take care of seated customers. He eventually took our order then never brought our drinks. Then after another customer walked over and said i would not stay. We have been here over an hour waiting on our food and haven't gotten any drink refills. I went up to the counter and asked to change to take out. After waiting a total 1 hr and 15 minutes. The order was wrong. Only 1 out 3 pizzas were made correctly. By the time i finally got home the pizza wasn't fit to eat!!!

Not as clean or organized as I would expect, but it was extremely busy. The employees, however, were very attentive and polite. Part of my order was prepared incorrectly, but management did offer to correct the problem and re-prepare the incorrect pizza. I did not accept the offer, because I did not have time to wait.

I ordered two medium pizzas for 5.99...first it tok 48 minutes when it was suppose take 20, fine no problem. The issue is neither pizza had sauce....we ordered it with normal sauce. It was cold when we got it as well. They screwed my pizza up again a few weeks ago. The pizza was the same consistency as the cardboard it came in

Sad, Sad, Sad. This used to be a great Pizza Hut. But the last 2 times we got take out, it was a terrible experience. I'll detail the last....we ordered a Pepperoni Lovers. We were told 25-30 min..a little long, but it was Saturday night. We got there at 30 min, no pizza. There were 3 employees working, on Saturday night. 2 in the back; 1 answering phones; taking walk up orders; cashing out out, etc. He also had to help out the other 2. At one point, those 2 disappeared, so he had to pull pies out of the oven, cut and box them. We waited an additional 30? min. I didnt have the heart to give this guy a hard time. He was doing the best he could. Steer away from this place. Its a time bomb. Its only a matter of time before someone gets sick. To the hard worker: find a job that values you. You'll succeed anywhere. Good luck.
