I am actually in the store now and had to stop and type this review. A young man by the name of Alexis just made my day!! I was looking for French vanilla creamer and none was on the shelf. I seen Alexis walk by and asked if he worked in the freezer. He told me he did not but asked what I needed. I told him and he went in, climbing over crates and boxes to get me that creamer that I needed. The whole time his attitude was gracious and accommodating. He went above and beyond and on top of that was very pleasant!! Thank you Alexis for being a great representation of your place of employment!!

I was there yesterday around 3:30 and the rep handling the self-checkout section was not helpful or attentive. She was minimally engaged and did not answer my questions about the digital coupons promptly. I had to make a second purchase to take advantage of the coupon because she failed to answer my questions timely…#servicenotgood

It's not the cleanest or well stocked Kroger. There was 1 cashier at 12:30 today and 5 self checkout registers. There were more than average customers for the time of day, but I got out without incident.

I usually frequent this store for lunch as it is close to my job. They have hot chicken bowls inconsistently, but happened to have them today. I noticed the check out lines were long and one self checkout section was closed. The other had random stations closed. All I had was my chicken bowl and candy so I thought I would just take it up to customer service since their line was shorter. After two customers went, I was next and the male cashier told me they don’t ring up store items. Only for purchasing money orders, etc… What kind of customer service desk doesn’t serve the customer? You’ve lost my business!

Honestly this is the worst Kroger around me and I’m just going to start driving the extra couple of miles to go to another one. They don’t ever hire enough people and the ones they do they treat horribly so they quit. Every time I’ve tried to do curbside pickup I give them a whole day before I need to pick up and whenever the app shows it’s ready not pending anymore I put on my way and when I get there they always tell me it wasn’t actually ready and it will be another two hours. That is not right and I could of just got it myself because whenever they finally do bring it out to me they’re missing half my stuff so I have to go in anyways to get the rest of the stuff that they claimed was out of stock but they just rushed to get things. They only ever have one cashier at a time usually when it’s busy and nothing is ever organized. This has been happening even before Covid so they’re excuses don’t work when they say it’s because of Covid because they’ve never had enough employees working for them. Just be warned you will leave upset and still having to go get your things from another store after leaving.

My parents have lived in Fayetteville for more than 10 years and been going to this Kroger pharmacy since then. My mother loved the other pharmacists but recently the new hires have been rude and wrong to her on more than 2 occasions now. If you don’t like your job girl get a new one don’t take it out on elderly sick people.
If you don’t understand what a doctor wrote maybe call the doctor to figure it out. Why tell the sick customer you don’t know what the dr is talking about and make them do another trip. Also why argue with a customer saying medication is over the counter when the dr told them it’s antibiotic. Only for them to come in and it’s an antibiotic prescription for them that’s ready for pickup… with an attitude too. How you gonna be rude wrong and loud with a SICK customer?
I’ll be back with her name. Cause this is like the 4th time my mother said something about her unprofessional communication skills.

This Kroger used to be my go to. I routinely went to this location at least weekly, and used the pharmacy exclusively. In the past year, both have deteriorated to the point I WON'T go back. Problems with pricing not actually ringing up correctly are the big issue with the grocery side. I use the self checkout, and if I don't watch, it does not ring up the correct prices. When called to the attention of the attendant, the last time, they said it was a digital coupon. I went back and found out it was on sale, NOT a digital coupon, but the attitude was difficult to stomach. I don't need the hassle.
Now, my last straw with this location is the pharmacy. I know that when my doctor calls in a prescription, it is not immediate. It was called in at 9:30 a.m. After several hours of not getting notification that the prescription was ready (it was 4 pm at that time), I called. The man who answered the phone told me it would be ready after 6pm. I came up at 6:30, and another attendant told me it had not been started and that it would be 30 minutes more. So I figure they didn't even start the process until someone was physically there. I expressed my displeasure. Then, after waiting another 15 minutes, they called me to tell me they didn't have the full prescription, so did I want a partial, or did I want to come back in two days? Really?
So I will be changing my preferred pharmacy to another location, and I will not be coming back to this location unless I am ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE.
