Publix

Very nice shopping experience. Every cashier's line I go in or online pick up order clerk I get is very pleasant, sweet, attentive and don't mind helping me when I need it due to my limited mobility in one of my arms/hands. I love this publix better than the one in the summit! They take great care of me here!

Stood in the Deli line for no less than 1/2 an hour. The supervisor was there stocking, and basically ignored the line. The employees had no sense of urgency. Then my Chicken Tenders were cold. I grew up with Publix down in South Florida and they were once known for oustanding Customer Service. Well the Seafood Salad is still great and Boars Head products are always good. So at least the food quality is still there.

Great customer service at the deli, as Don and I ordered fresh shaved turkey and cheese, the African American gentleman, whose name tag I forgot, offered us tastings from our choices. He was friendly, generous, polite, prompt, and just nice! The best Publix experience we've had, right in Fayette Pavilion, and we shall return! Give him a raise!

Was hoping to enjoy a nice birthday sandwich, but as I watched Sylvia make the sandwiches it dawned on me more and more that she was annoyed with something or not having a good day. She was basically just throwing the ingredients in. After watching her do 2 of our orders messy, I asked if she could use the knife in front of her to help fold the sandwich so the sauce would not be everywhere. She proceeded to tell me it would fold 3ither way and covered the top of the sandwich with the paper smearing the the sauce all over, squeezed the sandwich into place before shoving it into a bag. The deli service is usually impeccable...not today though.
